What is your return policy?
We are committed to making sure you are 100% satisfied with your order!
If you are not happy with any merchandise you purchased, you may exchange or return it as long as you contact us within 15 calendar days of when you received it. After 15 days, we cannot issue any refunds, exchanges or replacements.
For all returns, your items must be in its original condition, there are no questions asked.
Exchange requests incur a $4.95 restocking and reshipping fee. Please double check your sizing before you purchase to prevent needing an exchange.
* Sipping PositiviTEA Box items cannot be returned or exchanged. You can update size preferences for future boxes in your account. If there is an issue with an item in your box that is our error, you MUST notify us within 7 days of receiving your box. No exceptions.
* Personalized/custom items cannot be returned or exchanged. PLEASE double check your personalization and refer to our size chart.
*Clearance items or gift cards are not refundable and cannot be returned.
Who pays for return shipping?
- If the error was made by us (wrong item shipped, damaged on arrival) we will pay for return shipping.
- Otherwise (you ordered wrong size, changed your mind etc) you are responsible for the shipping of a return or exchange.
You may return the product for a refund, replacement/exchange or store credit (you choose) if:
- You requested the return within 15 calendar days after delivery, and:
- You have not used the product in any way
Items that cannot be returned:
- Any item more than 15 calendar days after delivery
- Any item that has been used or worn or washed
- Any item that was purchased on Clearance
- Sipping PositiviTEA Box
How do I return my item?
Please submit a return request using this form. You will need your order number and the email you used when you placed your order. Please do not send us the item(s) to be returned until you have contacted us via our return request page.
